On the ground floor of the Municipal Administration of Boljevac, in street of Kralja Aleksandra 24 is located a modern Service Centre, which replaced the old teller room. Citizens can make contact in direct conversation with officials, deliver and certify documents and get information on all matterswithin the competence ofthe municipalgovernment.
At the verification counter,citizens of Boljevac canverifysignatures,manuscriptsandcopiesof alldocuments, contracts, authorizations, approvals and statements, except acertification ofdocuments related toreal estate.They can open employment booklets, qualification enrollments, and change personal name as well.
Citizens can complete all matters within the jurisdiction of the Department of Inspection, the Department of Construction and Housing and the Department of Property Rights in the Service Center without roaming between the floors and walking from one office to another.

By calling (030) 463-412, for the citizens registered in the register for the Parent of Boljevac area, you can order the following documents:
– Birth certificate
– Extract from the register of marriages
– Death certificate
– Proof of citizenship
Deadlines fordelivery:
– Documents will be delivered tothe post office within 48hours, on territory of Boljevac. Thetax andpostagecosts will be charged by the postman.
– Deadline for delivery for citizens settled outside of Boljevac is 5days,delivery isby mailand cash on delivery.
